A delicate, mildly carrot Eau de Vie from Axberg, Austria. It has a clean, almost Tequila-like, birth with notes of herbs & roasted walnut; while a complex life adds notes of glazed carrot, hops & creamy hazelnut; that led to a long & dry death with a wet earthy note. March / June 2018
