The history of Famosinha de Minas and Santuário de Minas dates back to 1998, when production began at Agro Pastoril Paraopeba Limitada, in Paraopeba/MG. The master blender, Armando Del Bianco, was responsible for manufacturing these Cachaças, which soon stood out for their quality. The owner of both brands, Thales Paiva, took production to different locations in Minas Gerais. After a period in Januária, production moved to Campo Gerais, in Cachaça Serra da Boa Esperança, and later to Papagaios, where cachaças began to be produced. Famosinha de Minas got a special touch: the photo of Thales Paiva's mother on her wedding day. This tribute made the cachaça even more emblematic for the family. Recently, at the beginning of 2023, the production of cachaças Famosinha de Minas and Santuário de Minas began to be carried out at the Siriema distillery, located in Jequitibá/MG, which also belongs to Ouro I. With this new proposal, all of the brand's products were by analyzes in the laboratory of the Federal University of Lavras, where they were recognized for their extremely high quality. Cachaça Famosinha De Minas is aged for one year in amburana barrels and has an alcohol content of 42%. It arose from Thales Paiva's idea to create a brand that would be famous in Minas. Thus, the producer of Famosinha decided that he would like to honor his mother, the most important person in his life. From there, he created the cachaça label with a photo of his mother on her wedding day. Yellow, aromatic, fruity, sugarcane sweetness, woody. Source Cachaçaria Nacional.
