Weaver's Liquors 2022. Barrel # 6071269. 10 years, 126 proof. Light caramel and maple on the nose, followed by some funky oak. The proof singes the nose giving a slight cinnamon note, combined with the other notes can be like cinnamon french toast. Agitating the glass gives off a vanilla waffle cone note. The palate feels rich with oak and caramel notes. The palate doesn't present as diverse as the mose did. The oak lingers for a while on the finish, but again not much complexity.
