An intense, VS Cognac by Firmin Merlet in Cognac, France is a blend of fine vintage Cognacs that are at least 2 years old then aged exclusively in Limousin oak. It has a delicate birth with notes of stone fruits, honey & almond; while a fresh life adds notes of pineapple & dry baking spices; that led to a dry & zesty death with notes of grape, apricot, peach, orange zest, honey & almond.
