An elegant, Cognac by the Distillerie Tessendier et Fils in Cognac, France aged for 4 years in French casks like usual, then finishing it for 6 months in special Mizunara Oak casks. It has a delicate birth with notes of flowers, harvest fruits: pears & cherries; while a woody & herbaceous life adds notes of elderflower, honey, vanilla, oak & fruit compote; that led to a rich & complex death of medium length.
