A balanced, Rye Whiskey by Journeyman Distillery in Three Oaks, Michigan 'made with 60% organic rye & 40% organic wheat; aged in new white oak barrels; with only 800 bottles produced for this batch. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grains, wood, fruits, herbs & spices; while a spicy life adds notes of citrus, pepper, banana, wheat, vanilla & caramel; that leads to a long, dry & warm death with notes of grain, baking spice & pepper.
