A cream liqueur by Casa Maestri in Oaxaca, Mexico made with 100% Blue Weber Agave slowly steam roasted for 36 - 54 hours then distilled in copper pot sills, after which Mexican Chocolate Cream is added.
It has an aromatic birth with notes of cream, spices & wood; while a rich & full life adds notes cream, chocolate, vanilla & oak; that led to a creamy death of medium length with notes of vanilla / chocolate wafers. October 2021 / October 2024
