Redemption High Rye Bourbon Single Barrel Select (Barrel 20-101 Winter 2021 Release) is a delicate High Rye Bourbon by Master Blender Dave Carpenter for MGP in Lawrenceburg, Indiana made with a mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye & 4 % Barley; bottled in Bardstown, Kentucky at 105 proof. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grains, nuts, citrus, wood & spices; while a full & slightly creamy life adds notes of sweet corn, rye, almonds, burnt caramel, vanilla & clover honey; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of oak, cinnamon, chocolate & rye spice.
