Nose: Sweetened breakfast cereal, dusty leather, maple syrup and French toast. The aroma is incredible. Palate: Oak, a hint of cherry, and honey graham crackers, before dryness hits with more oak and a hint of peanut. Overall: A solid bourbon and worth seeking out for the collection.
