An intense, flavored gin by the chaps over at Gin Foundry have created another delicious tipple in celebration of Ginvent! For their 2017 edition of Ginvent Gin, they have packed this spirit full of Christmas-y botanicals, including chocolate, mulling spices, elderberries, rosemary and even Christmas tree. Only 200 ceramic bottles have been produced & each one features a hand-painted Christmas tree. It has as earthy birth with notes of pine & sweet juicy berries; while a balanced life adds botanicals & bitter dark chocolate notes; that led to a long death with hints of citrus & pepper.
