Day 3 advent calendar. Tried neat. On the nose it’s sweet, woody, nutty, and very fruit forward with notes of pears, baked cherries like a cherry cobbler, peaches, honey, maple. On the palate it is sweet and taste like a freshly cracked pecan. I actually really enjoy this one
