Phoenix Rising. 5 years 9 months. Warehouse D, Floor 6, Rick 20. Tasting after the bottle has had some time to open up. Now the beam funk is starting to come forward. The nose is still light with herbal rye spice, beam funk, and a slight apple pie like sweet note. The palate is warm rye spice, sweet caramel, and hints of beam funk. The finish is short but pleasant.
