A dry, Straight Bourbon Whiskey by Master Distiller Kevin Curtis for IJW Whiskey Company in Kentucky made from a blend of 40 different mash bills & aged in charred American oak barrels, then Port Cask Finish before being bottled at 90 proof. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, dried fruit, wood, herbs & spices; while a rich & complex life adds notes of raisin, crème brulee, oak & tobacco; that led to a dry death of medium length with notes of dried oats & barley.
