An elegant, Agave Spirit crafted in stainless steel & aged in used Jack Daniels barrels for 1 day less than a year at Integradora San Agustin [NOM 1547] in Jalisco, Mexico. It has an aromatic birth with notes of baked agave, fruits, wood, herbs & spices; while an herbal life adds notes of citrus, honey & peppermint; that led to a quick & balanced death with a hint of white pepper, oak, vanilla, sour mash & smoke.
