Four Roses 100 Proof Single Barrel Select Rocks OBSV barrel 31-5K (2020 Release) is a rich, Straight Bourbon Whiskey by Four Roses Distillery in Kentucky made with a mash bill of 60% corn, 35% rye & 5% malted barely aged for 7 years & 3 months before being bottled at 100 Proof in April 2020. It has an aromatic birth with notes of toasted wood, caramel, baking spices & dried fruits; while a sweet & spicy life adds notes of sweet corn, rye, raisin, vanilla & coffee; that led to a long & slightly warming death with hints of oak & cinnamon.
