A rich Tennessee Sour Mash Whiskey made with a mash bill of primarily corn, some rye & barley; slow filtered through charcoal maple chips; then aged for a minimum of 4 years in new, charred American oak barrels & bottled at 80 proof. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, wood & spice; while a complex life adds notes of corn, caramel, cinnamon & oak; that leads to a rich death of medium length.
