[lot # 15I15-I02 / serial # 3339] It is crafted with a mash bill of 95% rye & 5% malted barley; then aged for more than 7 years in American white oak barrels. It has a delicate birth with notes of grain, fruit, wood & spice; while a woody life adds notes of oak; that led to a warm & spicy death with notes of rye spice. February 2023
