It is crafted with a mash bill of 95% rye & 5% malted barley; then aged for more than 7 years in American white oak barrels.
It has a delicate birth with notes of grain, candied fruit, wood & spice; while a rich life adds notes of candied pineapple, caramel, rye & oak; that led to a quick death. February 2023
