It's crafted using a combination of Scottish-style double copper pot distillation & Southern-style grain-in distillation; matured in charred American oak barrels for 4 years before finishing in Amburana barrels from Brazil for 2 months. It has an aromatic birth of grain, dried fruit, wood & decaying horse hoofs / old-moldy school glue; while a complex life adds notes of wheat, oatmeal cookie & vanilla; that led to a warm & balanced death of medium length with notes of Christmas baking spices, coffee, cigar & oak.
