2019 Release is a delicate, Bourbon by Head Distiller & Lead fiddle Justin Manglitz for American Spirit Whiskey in Atlanta, Georgia made with more than 2x the wheat for this mash bill & finished on staves of white oak heartwood harvested in Jackson County, Georgia, for over a year, in hand-charred barrels at cask-strength. It has a spicy birth with notes of grain & wood; while a bold life adds notes of caramel, vanilla, corn, wheat, oak & whole nutmeg; that led to a delicate death of medium length with a hint of citrus.
