[Spring 2023 Release / Batch #23-1028 / Char #3 / Toast Heavy / 56% ABV / Aged 4 Years] Itis a very good, cask strength, 4 Grain Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Kentucky crafted with a mash bill of Corn, Wheat, Rye & Malted Barley; aged to maturity in new American oak barrels for about 4 years & then finished in a freshly toasted barrel with a unique char & toast level. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, wood & spices; while a balanced life adds notes of brown sugar & honey; that led to a warm death of medium length with notes of oak, nutmeg & campfire.
