(Batch 543 / Char #1 / Toast HV11) Winter 2022 Release is an intense, 4 grain Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Kentucky crafted with (Corn, Wheat, Rye & Malted Barley) then aged for a minimum of 4 years in new American oak barrels & bottled unfiltered at 114 Proof. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, fruit, wood & spices; while a bold & spicy life adds notes of cereal grain, oak, cinnamon, nutmeg & a hint of banana; that led to a long & warming death.
