This is a gin distilled by me. Devil's Bathtub Gin was distilled from in-house made neutral rye spirit and vapor infused with 11 botanicals in all. The primary palate notes include a deliberately subdued juniper, cinnamon, nutmeg, and other baking spices. The resulting spirit is warm and sweet. Finally, a cucumber wash is applied post distillation to round out the mouthfeel. The brand inspiration is from a local kettle pond notorious near the distillery.
