A balanced, Agave Spirit by DOM 260 in Oaxaca, Mexico crafted with Maguey Espadin that is at least 6 years old; fermented in pine wood tanks; double distilled in copper a pot still before being bottled at 45% ABV. It has an aromatic birth of cooked agave, wood, earth & spice; while a balanced life led to a delicate death of medium length with notes of pepper, oak & hint of smoke. May 2023
