Day No.11 My first hearing about this distillery. My first impression was a bit spicy, herbal, and simple. Then after sitting a bit it opened up nicely with some decent tasting notes. There was a balanced combo of sweet maple, corn, and cocoa. Towards the finish I perceived hints of leather and vanilla. Not bad at all.
