Milam & Greene Triple Cask Bourbon
Milam & Greene Triple Cask Bourbon is a blend of straight bourbons sourced from Texas, Kentucky, and Tennessee. The Texas and Kentucky components are distilled by Master Distiller Marlene Holmes and her team using a mash bill of 70% corn, 22% malted rye, and 8% malted barley.
The Tennessee component is sourced and made from a mash bill of 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley. After aging in their respective states, the whiskeys are blended and further matured in Texas before being bottled at 94 proof.

Tasting Notes
"The nose kicks off with sweet corn and vanilla, and also offers cinnamon and black pepper. The palate is soft at entry, opening up with rich sweetness from milk chocolate and maple. Towards the back you'll find leather, oak and mint. The finish is moderate in length, with notes of caramel, barrel char, cocoa powder and nutmeg."
