An intense, Agave Spirit from Jalisco, Mexico rested in American oak barrels. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, citrus, herbs & spices; while a bold life adds notes of apple, cherry, vanilla & white pepper; that led to a long & spicy hot death. March 2023
