Bosscal Mezcal Pechuga De Conejo is a delicate, limited release, Mountain to Market Agave Spirit, by Bosscal Distillery in Durango, Mexico. It is made with wild agave & local apple; the vapors pass through a suspended, skinless rabbit during the 3rd distillation. It has a delicate birth with hints of agave, citrus, stone fruits, stewed meat; while a fresh life adds hints of blood orange, apple, mandarin, apricot, plum & quince; that led to a balanced death of medium length with hints of stewed fruits.
