A delicate, Agave Spirit by Bozal Distillery in Oaxaca, Mexico made with wild Cenizo (the Durangensis family of agaves). It has an aromatic birth with hints of agave, citrus, tropical flowers, earth & spices; while a fresh life adds hints of orange zest, mesquite & sweet, barbequed meats; that led to a balanced death of medium length with hints of smoke & dark chocolate.
