Like the honey/syrup sweetness is there but cut by the brashness of the whiskey, and the whiskey doesn’t shine through either Finish - light and mostly honey with some floral and baking spice Not sure if it’s overly finished or if the whiskey used was mediocre (i.e., young or subpar), but this is very meh.
