Pale young straw colour. Quite intense nose. In the sherry bomb family with banana, Pina colada and white chocolate notes. Not too much malt left. Very sweet and round feel. Creamy attack with a nice lift from the alcohol. A bit yeasty and oak driven with some dairy fat notes of cream and canned peach. Would have liked to see more malt and natural influence on this one, but well made and easy drinking.
