Nose:, baking spice, honey, orchard fruit. Palate: sweet but not sickly. Theres a suggestion of brine. Pear, slight citrus, nice oak and spice. Oily. Hints of sherry. Very well balanced and smooth. Rich but not overpowering. Finish: oily, oaky, and spicy.
