An elegant, Agave Spirit by NOM 1137 steam roasted for 36 to 40 hours, distilled 3 times in a Stainless Pot with a Copper Coil. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, citrus, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of cooked agave, green bell pepper & lime; that led to a slightly creamy & spicy death of medium length with notes of black pepper, sea spray & metal.
