A balanced, Mezcal made with wild Tobasiche, an agave that takes 12 to 13 years to fully mature; on the steep hillsides of Oaxaca & Guerrero, Mexico.
It has a rich birth with notes of quince, anise & agave; while an exotic life adds notes of herbaceous botanicals, agave & savory smoke; that led to a mild & balanced death with notes of cedar & rich earth minerality. June / August 2019
