PM Spirits Project Tequila Blanco Nom 1468 Single Horno (Oven) 2021 is a crisp, Agave Spirit made possible by Jose Luis Gutierrez & distilled by Juan Antonio Gonzales at Grupo Tequilero Mexico in Jalisco. This Tequila is crafted with 100% estate grown Blue Weber Agave baked in 1 single oven; fermented in stainless steel & 2X distilled in a Copper Pot Still. Then rested for 15 days in bourbon casks before being bottled at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of roasted agave, fruits, herbs & spices; while a full & complex life adds notes of cinnamon, white pepper, butterscotch, apple & grapefruit; that led to a long & herbal death with notes of rosewater, Aloe Vera, mint & thyme.
