An elegant, Agave Spirit by La Altena Distillery in Mexico aged in ex-bourbon casks for 4 months. It has an aromatic birth with notes of baked agave, wood, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of caramel, oak & smoke; that led to a balanced death of medium length. May 2017
