An elegant, rested Agave Spirit by the Avalos family NOM 1431 in Arenal, Mexico ages for 6 to 12 months in barrels made with Canadian Oak. It has an aromatic birth with notes of exotic fruits & agave; while a rich & full life adds hints of oak & exotic spices; that led to a creamy death with a hint of pepper & banana.
