A light rum from Panama distilled using traditional methods perfected in the Caribbean & aged in ex-Bourbon casks in the tropical Panamanian climate, then finished in Cognac casks in France. It has an aromatic birth with notes of sugar cane, wood, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of vanilla & butterscotch; that led to a delicate & nutty death. October 2017
