A relatively young bourbon. I get a lot of those young grainy notes in it but they are surprisingly not in a bad way. A lot of those traditional bourbon flavors come through, like caramel, vanilla, a little bit of oak. But that pleasant graininess is almost a defining characteritic here and what sets this bourbon apart. Its right around the area where i like my bourbon at 100 proof, its got a ncie pleaseant finish that doesnt last too long or too short. Its definitely worth a try and id buy anothe bottle if i could fine it for less than $40.
