All eight of these have been blended & finished in first-fill Oloroso Sherry casks. With 1000 bottles released. It has an aromatic birth with notes of brown butter, rancio & orange marmalade; while a full life adds notes of nut, red berries, gingersnaps & molasses; that led to a long death with notes of Almond butter, oak & dry grain.
