A rich, Single Malt Scotch Whisky, by the Loch Lomond Distillery in Highlands, Scotland first matured in American white oak barrels, followed by extra finishing in casks that used to hold fortified Madeira wine. It has a semi-sweet & nutty birth with notes of nutmeg & allspice; while a full & bold life adds more notes of nut, spices, new wood, peach, pear & dark fruits. that led to a rich & delicate death with notes of sugar & oak.
