A delicate Japanese Whisky by the Ohishi Distillery in Kyushu, Japan made with organic mochi rice from Kumamoto, & gohyakumanishi rice, age for 8 years in Sherry casks before being bottled at 42.2% ABV.
It has an aromatic birth with notes of Sherry, oak, citrus, ash & dried dark fruits; while a dry & woody life adds more notes of Sherry, dried dark fruits, vanilla, citrus & oily nuts; that led to a long & spicy death with notes of Sherry, cocoa, dark fruits, cinnamon, tobacco & furniture polish.
