A balanced, 15-year-old blended whisky from the Togouchi range, produced by Chugoku Jozo in Japan. They source whisky from Scotland & Canada, then age it in a railway tunnel. It has an aromatic birth with notes of soft pastry dusted with cinnamon, pear & hints of dried earth; while a rich life adds notes of nut malt, milk chocolate & caraway; that led to a long death with notes of peppercorn, vanilla & peat.
