Sazarec barrel pick: Big cherry notes. Not spicy at all. Pleasantly surprised, especially at the price. Had a non-barrel pick single barrel. Didn’t have the cherry notes. Still enjoyable but more rye-heavy. Honey is the dominant flavor and is very pleasant. Would buy a backup.
