Munemasa Mizu Shochu Lemongrass
A crisp, Shochu by the Munemasa Distillery in Arita, Japan made with a blend of 95% rice & 5% organic Lemongrass using an ancient recipe & bottled at 35% ABV.
It has an aromatic birth with notes of rice & lemongrass; while a delicate life adds notes of Meyer lemon, peach & pear; that led to a quick & dry death with notes of more citrus. November 2021 / January 2022
