An intense, American Grain Whiskey aged for 3 years in American Oak by Dry Fly Distillery, the first legal distillery in Washington State since Prohibition. It has an earthy birth with notes of spicy vanilla, caramel, a hint of fruit & lavender; while a spicy life adds floral, wheat & rye notes; that led to a long death with notes of more rye spice (peppery ginger).
