The nose is filled with leather, toffee, vanilla, and butterscotch. Feint notes of citrus and honey are also present. This one surprised me a bit as she drinks rather hot. The first sip struck the back of the throat with considerable burn. Letting it sit for a while seemed to mellow her out and notes of butterscotch, green apple, vanilla, and honey were present with considerable spice also present. Hard to pick out any of the finishing from the sherry casks here, but this review is from the neck pour.
