Heaven's Door Cask Strength Bourbon Single Barrel Select (2021 Release/ Barrel 76 / Bottle #167) A rich, Cask Strength Bourbon by Bob Dylan & Marc Bushala founders of Heaven's Door Spirits distilled in Indiana & aged in Tennessee; made with a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye & 4% malt; aged in American White oak barrels with a #3 Char, medium toast, at Rick level 2/43/5; before being bottled at 61.95% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, wood, dried fruits, nuts & spices; while a rich & balanced life adds notes of corn, oak, vanilla, caramel, hazelnut & all spice; that led to a long & warming death of medium length with a hint of rye, coriander & cinnamon.
