As you jump into the Palate you may be surprised with Valentines sweet heart candy and then an immediate spiral into spicy black pepper at the back end of the Palate which lasts into the short Finish this bottle provides. As the Finish subsides, the sweetness of the candied Initial Palate returns before the Finish concludes into a waxy coat over your tongue.
