So my bottle in this review is from Batch 24A23 @ 119.8 proof or 59.9 ALC/VOL. Some would say it is spicy/hot but for basically 120 proof I find it rather nice. Sure, there’s a little heat on the front end but that gives way to a wonder aray of flavors while that little touch of heat just lingers and tickles your tongue. Then it just mellows nicely.
